Enable Smart Select now defaults to checked and keeps re-checking after being turned off

This little addition with the latest update needs to GO AWAY! I don't mind having the option if I want to use it... but I DO NOT like it defaulting to being checked. Checkboxes mean optional. Auto-checking the box makes it a pain. Please change this back! I don't use it. I don't like it. I have a pattern that I follow and this being checked makes every champ update one more step.

I noticed the same thing and created a bug report thread here too. I agree it's very annoying!
