Nodes are fine but Tech Cavalier EQ path bugged?

Initially before teleporting it shows path is not covered but after teleporting it shows path is done? So you want me to spend another energy refill on that one dotted path?

So when you are up against Havok, after taking him down the paths teleport you to 2 junctions and one of them starts with prof X and that dotted lone also teleports you to prof X path. When I did initial completion I had no clue this would take me to the same prof x path.
