Polkadot Power and Stun Reflect Miniboss Bug

I am not able to provide video of this because it occurred in alliance war, and recording has caused a crash already this season. Plus, i was in danger of timing out(which happened anyways).

I was using a 5/65 sig 1 ibom against an unduped 6/3 Apoc. They were running willpower. Despite the many poisons on the opponent, i never gained a trickle of power which smooshed my damage and killed off my willpower since the poisons stacked so high. I can try to see if this is the case in normal questing as well.

Yeah it's been bugged for a while. Very annoying. And stun window of opportunity never opens.
