Doc oc no longer lifesteal after this update

So after this update Doc oc is able to take advantage of the cav node since his heal block is now considered a proper heal block rather than dealing 100% damage of healed amount.
However his awaken ability breakthrough for chemistry no longer exists.
That means he can no longer lifesteal. Was this intended ? Cause it's a buff in a way but a nerf as well.
