why StormX do not apply stun passive against jabari when she "purify" parry ???

Cleanse is apparently a different mechanic than purify regardless of her description and the devs notes on her info page.

It does work. If you try and parry her when she dashes it won't apply due to mighty charge.

If you reparry and she shrugs it you apply the passive stun

This is correct. I know as I did this fight with doom and even the passive stun on sp3 didn't apply.

You can't shock her while she has cleanse...
No shock -> No stun

Just a FYI, hyperion's sp2 stun works against her.
