Kingpin sig ability

Just pulled 5* kingpin. Does he need to be awakened at all and if so, what sig level does he need to be? I do have a class awakening gem to give him but no class sig stones

I would say yes. He's basically fine unawakened, but once he is awakened he'll start the fight with minimum two Rages, which will increase his attack by roughly 66%.
