Which mutant to R3 for endgame content

I have Apocalypse for synergies and am torn as to which 6* to R3 (all unawakened) both for damage and utility.

    Storm X has crazy damage and Gambits solid too but i dont have experience with these champs

    White mags is highly underrated by the masses.

    I don’t care for the gambit horsemen. And storm X can put out some big yellow numbers. But I’d still go white mags. He’s also tagged hero (vs villain for red mags) which can be beneficial for the new v7 quest.

    Gambit 100%. I’ve got a rank 2 6* gambit who I love so much with apoc. He’s got crazy damage and amazing utility with his perfect block from apoc. He’s totally worth taking to rank 3 which I would do if I form a mutant t5cc soon.

    Gambit is ok IMO, but not anything great. He does have the perfect block with horsemen synergy, but that's about it.

    Mags or gambit IF you enjoy them.

    Both have cool utility and damage, not as some as others but still really good.

    Storm, only has damage and that's only when you make her horseman. When are you going to realistically actually make her a horseman and use her?

    Probably never, except maybe for rol, or content similar to it.
