The bug still going on.

I just went into the Platinumpool side quest after receiving the keys from the in-game mail and had to get out of one of the two runs. When I re-enter the quest I went to realize that sadly the bug that was acknowledge and the reason that they gave us the keys is still going on. I received no rewards except those I didn't take bc I didn't went on those paths.
So I come here to warn you all so you don't lose a key.
