VISION SHOULD PHASE

Vision came out before Ghost but there should be some of those mechanics attached to both Vision champions. Especially because one version costs real money and/or units to acquire. His power steal is great but he does not hit very hard so the fights using him can really drag on. Would it be ok to ask if a buff to both visions could include some sort of phase mechanics and some more damage?
