i'm missing my rewards

in Bugs and Known Issues
so after being locked out for two weeks i come back to find not all of the rewards i should have, all i had was the rewards for aq. i should've qualified for SA & AW Season rewards yet i had none of those. i know i won't get any SA for last week but the first week i definitely opened some stuff before i got locked out. as for AW i'm positive i played the 5 required to get season rewards. i'm not sure if there are any others that i missed or not but those two for sure.

    Did they maybe expire? And were you banned for 2 weeks?

    i couldn't get on it was some sort of technical glitch. i don't see how SA or AW rewards can expire when AQ rewards were still there.

    Did you look in your STASH - REWARDS section. Items from Mail Msgs that have since expired may still be available to Claim from in Stash (up until the time they also expire from being claimable from stash).

    of course i checked there's no rewards there. plus being gone so long everything in my item stash has expired.
