Sugguestion - Champs with no souls not affected by "soul" related abilities

There're quite a few "soul" related abilities like the recent "capture soul" of morningstar, Dormammu's various abilities.
These abilities punish opponents by incurring negative effects on their "souls".
So would it be more accurate to relect nature of some champs who don not have souls(Like Ultron for example) by making them immune to these abilities?
I am not trying to suggest we "boost up" certain champs or make them OP.
It's just some unique features/characteristics of champs which may be good to take into consideration.
