Has anyone of your champions disappeared cause my medusa did and I didn't sell her so

    Contact support. Never heard of this happening to anyone else. You sure someone else didn't have access to your phone and sell your champ, or maybe a pocket sale if you left the game open and put it in your bag or something. Whatever happened, support is your only option of getting her back if she went missing for any reason, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
