Rogue Doesn't shrugg all debuffs

Rogues passive ability states that she decreases debuff duration by 70% ... yet many debuffs like poison, armor break, and degen last for their full timer.

For example Dormammu's degen is supposed to last 10 seconds ... according to Rogues passive ... it should only apply for 3 seconds to her ... yet she Degens for the entire 10 seconds. Please explain:

I use rogue allot and I notice this as well. Also notice when she replicated some opponents buffs, they don’t lose them.

This isn't something to be angry about, but I'm curious, are you actually calculating this with other debuffs than degeneration?

Because degeneration is a special type of debuff. It also doesn't interact with Willpower and never has.

Poison definitely falls off faster. I use her against abom and poison lanes in AQ all the time.

I believe it is because degen is a passive effect and not technically another run of the mill debuff. Rogue can shorten everything else except degen and lots of champions that have shrug off abilities interacts with degen the same way, ie agent venom, king groot, etc

Dormammu degen is a passive ability, not a debuff.
She isn't supposed to reduce the time of it
