Wasp SP3 not critical when triggered immediately after shrinking for a heavy

After Wasp shrinks down, her next two hits are supposed to be critical. But if you shrink in preparation for a heavy, but trigger SP3 before completing the heavy, the SP3 isn't critical even though it's the next hit after shrinking.

SP3 cant be critical. If they were everyone would have used sp3 with ghost.
