Situations where power control is needed he can be pretty solid for, can handle both combat and ability power rate relatively well, good regen counter with despair especially, and great for lifecycle

Do you consider him R3 worthy with the current number buff? Would u consider him r2 worthy for a fairly developed roster?

I have a 6 star R2 mr fantastic, i used him in a abyss for heal reversal fights, i mostly use his per-fights for supporting my other champs. Any champ with high damage over time effects benefits a lot from his debuff siphon. There was a path in Act 6 that you needed power sting for which he helps with but now we have spider ham.
