15.2 - Specials not firing

Several times today in arena fights, specials have not activated when hit (Spidey Classic vs. Juggs, Ultron and Hulk vs I don't recall, ) - the champs just stops. No energy is consumed, so this isn't the same as the 15.1 bug.
