Can any of my roster take him down?

I thought tigra would work but he can interrupt my heavy when my animation clearly starts first. I’ve had this previously when trying OML on another account. Used masacre with zero issues so what defines those that work vs those that fail wrt heavy spam?

I’ve tried g99 sp1 but i can’t swallow the parry damage to get him down more than 30%.
