Should I R5 two Beyond God Tier 5* Champs or R2 two God Tier 6* Champs??

Hi Guys,
I need your help in deciding from the options mentioned.
I have a good wide roster with 7-8 champs at Rank 5-5* or R2 6* in each class and five R3 6* champs Ghost, CGR, SS, BWDO & Sunspot. I know 6* are the future but both 5* mentioned are OP champs compared to the 6* champs so I am confused.
I am looking to take up champs which will help me moving forward in Act 7 exploration and monthly cavalier difficulty questing.
As we all know resources are limited in-game currently specially T2A, I want to make the decision that will help me in long run.
