Guillotine 2099 Stability Function

Is it me or does it not work at all? I've had her as an unduped 6 star for a while now. I've never once seen her gain any life when I enable it. Others in my Ally say the same.

Yes. After finishing the previous fight with an SP3.

You might be experiencing the pre fight issue, make sure the icon for the pre fight ability is there before you begin the fight. If not, refresh your game until it shows up.
