Masteries not working in Incursions

I was playing incursions with my friend, and restarted the game to fix the Persistent Charge bug, and when i logged back in and entered in Incursions, my masteries were not working. (My parries didn't work and neither did dexing)(The Persistent Charges came back)



Device: OnePlus 7 Pro, Android 10 (didn't update to 11 yet)

    If the masteries were working, Dr Doom would have taken the PI advantage over Namor and would have taken the top champion spot.
