Odin buff

I was pretty pumped to see Odins sp2 damage gain a nice buff after his update. I decided to take him to rank 2 and noticed that the energy damage number never went up? Is this energy damage number locked at the same amount as the starting number? Since it's green I figured it would take a nice leap from 6* rank 1 1/25 to 6* rank 2 35/35 however the damage was the same? Plus his prefights fall off after the first fight so now he doesn't have all those buffs to constantly deal the extra damage for the sp2 energy damage. Anyone else notice this? A little disappointed
