Odin preflight missing in aq after update?

I was tasked with placing preflights on the aw boss this morning. I planned to place a Magneto house of x preflight and several of the Odin preflights. I have done this on several occasions in the past.

Today, after the update and after placing the magneto, Odin’s preflights were not available to place. I did not place any odin preflights earlier in my lane,. I do not understand why this was happening.

Also in the description it still reads "each fight" for the buffs however they are gone after 1 fight. My problem with Odin is that his damage didn't increase after he was ranked up. I wrote about it in the general thread but got no responses

From rank 1 to rank 2 these numbers didn't change at all and I'm pretty sure they're supposed to.

I would love to have one of you weigh in. Is this expected behavior? (and if so why?) or is it a bug and will it be addressed.

The omitted pre-fights likely cost us an attack bonus. Thankfully it did not impact the result of our last war.
