Punisher stacks bleed on opponents with suicide masteries

I've seen this a couple times in arena, fighting with my 3* punisher. He was able to stack bleeds on the opponent who already had a bleed debuff (suicides) on them. I'm aware about his sp2 abilities which places an open wound on the opponent and then you can stack bleeds but this was happening right from the beginning hits of the fight. As of now I don't have any visual evidence, will try if i can get one and apologies if this has been reported previously.

    Dude they don't have a testing team, it's us who needs to do the work and report.

    Punishers abilities state that when attacking a bleeding opponent he has a 20% chance to add an additional bleed. Never says it has to be the open wound

    There's nothing that says stacking Bleeds is not possible with Suicides. That's actually how you throw their Regen off-balance.
