I can't parry or dex the opponents now......is it a bug, or Kabam intends to do so?

    Ok, I realized that it's not a bug in incursion, it's a bug in mastery setting.....

    It seems that all the masteries settings are invalid due to unknown reason.....

    Only happened to me and my partner in incursions. Not only dex and parry. All modifiers didn’t work
