Incursions Bug [Redirected]

I was just doing my first incursion run after the reset and it seems like the parry and dexterity masteries both do not work. I have double checked nodes and champions but none of them should have this effect. Just wanted to bring this to light and I am wondering if I am the only one who has had this problem.
