What are the odds on the crystal shard crystals

I need 400 four star shards for my first four star, what would be the odds of getting 200 from these crystals?

    Not very good like all crystals, it is probably the sam eas the phc drop rate but slightly better as crystal shard crystals give three star shards more often than u expect
