Bug with CAPIW and the Dexterity mastery

So I was doing UC EQ and while fighting the CAPIW in 1.1, I noticed that when I dex-ed his SP-1 I did not gain the Prescicion buff. I wouldn't have noticed this if it weren't for the Spite. I do know that this is an extremely small issue that doesnt not effect many if any, but I still felt like reporting it.
