Incursions disabling masteries problem(the restart doesn't work at all)

As soon as I saw this bug and thread, I went in and restarted the game. When I got back to the game and joined my incursions buddy, it disabled them again. I know it is a known issue,but the restarting your game fix won't work if your incursions game isn't ended.
