6-star Doom’s Rank Up Bug

After so much wiring time needed, I am finally ranking up my 6-star Doom, who previously on R2 35/35 had 13,919 potency.
Afterwards, when I ranked him up, he is only showing 13,640 potency value at R3 1/45. Sadly, this is the very first time I see a champ downgrading almost 300k potency value when ranking him up. Need a correction here, please
