Bug still active after restart?

I saw the initial post about restarting the app to correct the power issue; however, after I restarted my game the issue was still present. I did 2 fights in war with Quake (who naturally doesn't generate power) before I threw a heavy and realized the issue was still active. What do I do to remove this issue so that it doesn't affect gameplay? Again, restarting the game didn't solve it for me. Anyone else?

    Update: a couple more restarts fixed it for me... Not sure why the first one didn't work
