Grandmaster (and path) tips

I just made it to 6.4.6 and am currently saving units for the Grandmaster. Do you guys have any tips for the Grandmaster? Also which of my champions would be the best for the Grandmaster and the easiest path to him?

I roughly have 200 units right now. How many units should I bring to be safe?

I’ve seen people use Hit monkey and Colossus with OR synergy for the Grandmaster and of course Aegon. I would suggest you rank up aegon and preferably max sig him first and he can do the path and play against GM. If you can’t max sig him or atleast get him to 160 sigs, Colossus with OR should do really well. And you need to save over 500 units atleast before taking him. I spent 400 units on my first try and quit cause it went horrible and I didn’t want to spend anymore and did it 2-3 times until I got completely used to him and used only 160 units on my 4th and final attempt. So my suggestion is, don’t spend over 400/500 units on your first try, and go again and again till you get the rhythm.

I was thinking of bringing in Colossus, Cap IW, Hitmonkey, Omega Red, and Black Widow Claire Voyant. I can easily max sig Aegon but I dont really like using him much so idk if ill do that

Take cosmic path. It's pretty easy. Ss will help you there. I used HM and only used 1-2 revives. His crits will help a lot. Capiw, colossus with OR,
I would say that atleast take 1000 units to be on safe hand cuz of reverse control can be bad at wrong time. Sometime we get lucky he throws his sp1 before sp 2 massacre.

I did a couple of practice runs on him before I went in seriously. It made a difference for me, helped me get used to his moves and the flow of the fight.

CMM with Nick can keep binary for a fair while and do good damage.

Cosmic path is the easiest.

Also from experience, save up like 5-10 revives and go on in soon just to get a feel of the GM. I did it blindly on my first run and lost 400 units worth of items and couldn't get him down. Remember to save potions as well.
