Game REPEATEDLY crashes and no fix in sight! PLEASE READ KABAM!

Hi summoners,
I've been playing for a little over a year now and I can firmly say that the game has the most lag glitches and bugs that I've seen! Some of these issues cause only inconvenience while others have cost me units potions revives and boosts. For example, during the sudden "Emergency maintenance" that was sprung upon everyone yesterday with no warning whatsoever I was currently finish THE GRANDMASTER fight, and was only 15% from completing act six and the solo when I was logged out. When I was finally able to log back in an hour later the fight had restarted and I had to reboost and use two unnecessary revives. the reason that I haven't wrote you a ticket about this is because i know of a lot of other friends who have had this trouble. I'm asking the the politest but firmest voice possible that if you don't fix these issues or give everyone good compensation, then you will loose a lot of players.
