Strange has been nerfed several years ago. By today a lot of stronger champions were released. If we look at advices of players, Strange is now in the last tiers. Whereas Strange is a powerful character from the MCU.
The improve could be whether his initial abilities or a big part of them. That would be an easy change, no need to study it a lot and to postpone it very far in the buff calendar.
