'Root' bug?

Sorry for the vagueness of the title.

Does anyone else get 'rooted' when the AI throws a heavy. I try and dash back but who ever I am using just stands there and takes the heavy in the face?

And before anyone says, yes the screen is clean and it is still relatively new.

Its a general bug about dexing/ parry. Not specific to the root feature.

That sounds like dropped inputs to me. Not sure why I only heavies that you notice it on.

Some specials do it too. Ghost's sp2 can stop u in ur tracks sometimes.
