Which science champ to awaken and rank to Level 5

Which science champion Shall I use the science awakening gem on and rank up to level 5?

Cap IW war is the most worthy of a gem there imo, granted you'll need a lot of sig stones to accompany his awakening.

Oh and rank up Quake unawakened.

Everyone will say Quake, but I'd assume you'd have her ranked up if you knew how to play her well. So, Cap IW easily... awaken and give him as many sigs as you can.
