Of this list prolly domino, she is no longer a top 10 mutant in the game but she isn't bad. She has good damage although rng based and the trinity is great. Still a good champ and I would be happy pulling her but definitely a bit overrated. I actually think thing is a little underrated at this point, his synergy team is so good that everyone thinks he sucks without it, but he really doesn't. He's got good immunities, solid damage, a great unstoppable counter mechanic, he's pretty tanky. And he has seen a resurgence for high zone incursions thanks to his sig. In terms of most overrated champ that isn't on this list, I would prolly say sunspot. I have seen a lot of people put sunspot as a better mutant than havok but I disagree. Sunspot has great damage, incinerate and coldsbap immunity,, and perfect block but that's about it. I generally think havok has a lot better utility and similar damage so I generally think he is a bit better. Once again though I still think sunspot is a great champ.but I am just not the biggest fan of him. Also corvus is great he doesn't deserve 20%+ of the votes.
I don't know if I think that any champion in particular is overrated, but there are some that just don't suit my playstyle or that are better suited for content that I usually don't play (like Abyss of Legends). The only champ I can sometimes regret taking up to rank 5 is Stark Spidey. He is occasionally useful but I've never gotten along with his playstyle and only use him whenever I need to have a champ that can evade tricky special attacks with decent reliability.
But when I use him, he's as good as people say he is. He's not overrated, he just suits a lot of people way better than he suits me.
The other type is Aegon. He is also as good as people say, but only in certain circumstances. I used him a lot in early Act 6 but then I moved on more toward Variants and Cavalier difficulty, and he hasn't been the best (or even a decently good) option for either. Gully2099 is in a similar situation, although I like to play her casually a lot more than Aegon.
Superior Iron Man... I know I know, he's basically a cheat code for the game when you use the secret rotation... but still not a fan.
Hahaha what? Please enlighten me...the only thing good is his sp2, but other than that I think he is not good...but since I have him as a 5* I hope I am wrong 😅
I see cause so many disagree, what I mean is she is underrated without suicides and synergies, I just read underrated in the publication just an error.
Only use mine if there's an immortal abom on path 5 with willpower. Other than that, I just don't understand the hype around him. I have much better options for what he does.
Domino is in the same Schrodinger's Cat-tier that Blade, Namor, and few others are in.
In terms of being overrated, it has to be Superior Iron Man. Why? At least 1 person out there feels that he's a useful addition to the contest -- and that's far, far too many people. Infinitely too many, I might say.
i don't see the hype not a fan of void cause torch can real reverse better and i feel like the best part of void id his heal reversal
Void isn't just about his heal reversal he has a lot of other stuff going for him, and as the owner of a r5/65 sig 160 void I will tell you what I like about him and what I believe his true values are. 1. His tankiness: Void has the 9th highest health pool in the game while Torch has the 130th highest health pool in the game. This combined with the fact they both have a block proficiency of 64% makes void a much tankier champ making him a champ that is more forgiving of mistakes, and allowing him to take many more blocked hits if needed. When using void I sometimes slip up as I have an average level of skill, and I find myself in situations where I live with Void but would have died using Ht. 2. His utility You mentioned his Heal reversal which is his best utility but it isn't his only utility. Void also has an agility debuff which reduces the enemy's chance to evade by 30%. If you have 2 stacks and Fotv that is a 90% evade ability accuracy reduction which isn't the best out there but it is nice to have. He also has a fatigue debuff which reduces your opponent's crit rating which makes him tankier. He also has Incinerate immunity which is a nice immunity to have. 3. His Dot Void does damage over time equal to each unique debuff on the opponent. This damage will easily add up once you have at least 1 of each of the intimidating presence debuffs and will also be even greater for opponents that have self debuffs (Suicides, and champs like Ibom, and King-pin). 4. His simple rotation/versatility Void does not need to hit the to apply his debuffs, which means at points in the fight you can adopt a "Quake like playstyle" where you sit back and wait until you place the debuffs you want. You can also place debuffs off the sp1 so the simple rotation is just hit the opponent when you can, build up to sp1, throw sp1, and repeat until the debuffs from the sp1 and his natural timer convert into Fotv. This simple playstyle combined with his high health pool and dot make him pretty versatile and I often find myself using him in plenty of fights even where there is no healing to reverse. 5. Solid damage When fotv is active he gains up to a 135% attack increase, and combine with his dot he can deal some pretty nice damage. It is nowhere near the best damage output but it's decent and it certainly ain't ebony maw bad.
Final Thoughts: I love void, he was my 2nd ever 5/65 5 star and I bring him on almost every questing team. I love his mix of tankiness, utility and damage. I also love his relatively safe and simple playstyle allowing me to take the fight at my own pace (also his dash back animation is amazing it's so fluid and satisfying). Overall, even though human torch is better in many ways and situations, I still believe void is as solid as ever, definitely a top 5 science champ, and you shouldn't sleep on him.
It's fine if you think Corvus is overrated I guess, but in this poll specifically why would you ever pick Corvus over Domino or Other
Mostly because I did use r5 5* domino while exploring 6.3 and 6.4 (still haven't done bad paths like sting). But I never used r3 6* corvus. He is a bench warmer, who only sees some action in aq for me. Only ranked him up for tb. Domino can at least collect dust in aw defence, if you don't use her actively. Works for aq also. So she does more for my account, therefore she's less overrated, if any at all
