I could not kill Gwen on first cycle and it starts over with mutant. I am playing it perfect but it never goes past mutant. Do I need to start the path over ? Thans

Please can anyone help ? I can’t put in a ticket to ask as Kabam closes my emails and posts. I set up my account under an email address I closed out. They must think my account is sold but they take my money when I buy units.
