    It's hard to say without knowing what you need them for, but I'd still cast my vote for CGR. His damage is insane and he has some pretty decent utility (especially when awakened).

    However, I'm not especially familiar with Sunspot which maybe makes me a less-than-stellar person to compare the two. Take my advice for what it is. shrugs
