Odin's Buffs Disappeared in Incursion

Took my favorite incursion group in today (Angela, Odin, Heimdall), and I used all three of Odin's buffs on Angela. Went through the first room fine, then the next they were gone, never to return.

I feel like I've seen this happen during a quest as well, but I'm not 100% sure
