Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.
The new end date will be May 1st.

Event & Arena Issues: Update

Summoners,

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the recent event and arena issues. Our team noted issues within Incursions, some Arenas, and an Event within the Summoner’s Sigil. It has been our top priority to ensure these issues are resolved as soon as possible for everyone.

While our team has a fix for the issues, we were unable to fix the issues retroactively. As such, here are the details of the upcoming fix and any compensation:
  • Summoner Sigil 7-Day Event: an additional event with the correct conditions will run on Monday, May 24, 2021, in conjunction with the initial event (with Progression Tier issues). You will be able to claim rewards from both events.

  • The next Incursion event will start on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, and they will be fixed. For those of you who were forced into Tier 1 due to the issue, we will be compensating you all with some Artifacts in your inbox.

  • Summoner's Trials arena is scheduled to start on Thursday, May 27, 2021, we have fixed the issues and you will all receive a 4-Star Nexus Crystal in your inbox.

  • Crystal Trove Arena (Sunday, May 23, 2021), for those of you who have yet to become Uncollected, but have accumulated some Uncollected Crystal Shards, you will be able to use these Shards once you ascend to Uncollected. For now, they will remain in your inventory.
