Alliance war ended in Tie before the initial time

Our alliance war ended in Tied appreciate 2 hours before the actual ending time.

Not only this we are not awarded any points for the war which ended us with Gold 1 to Gold 2 in season

Why do this happened? Please respond ASAP
Whole alliance is fed up even after raising tickets you are asking about device, time, OS in response to the ticket.

We got compensated for bug which ended us from GOLD 1 bracket to GOLD 2
Note: we didn't get any points for the last war because of the bug.
