What map do gold alliances play in?

I was reading the new war post, and saw references to hard, challenger, and expert maps.

Does anyone have information as to what tiers are in what maps?

If memory serves correctly, Tier 1-3 use the Expert map, Tier 4 and 5 use the Challenger map, tiers 6-9 use the Hard map, Tiers 10-12 use the Intermediate map, tiers 13-15 use the Normal map, and all tiers below 15 use the Easy map.

Incidentally, just as a reminder season bracket doesn't directly correlate to war tier. Your map is based on your war tier, not your bracket. An alliance could be in a Gold bracket as low as tier 15 or as high as tier 6, depending on things like whether they run all three battle groups consistently.
