Void or Immortal Abomination to Rank 3?

I’m an end game player who just finished 100% AOL. Currently trying to rank up my next 6 science champ to rank 3. I have both Ibom and Void at rank 2 but both unawakened. Thinking about using this generic on one of them. As far as content, I need to fully explore Act 6 chapter 2,3, and 4. Already done Act 7. I have about 120 sig stones to drop on one of them. Prestige is not really a factor, I been running solo to get content done. I already have Human torch at R3. Just want to make best use out of 6 generic since it the most rare item in. I do have the 5* version awakened at R4 sig 100 tho if that even matters.

Immortal Abom to r3 but without awakening for sure. I am pretty sure the 5 star sig 200 r5 Void (if you could max sig him ofc) is better in DPS than the R3 at sig 100. Pretty sure someone tested it.

if you’ve done abyss 100% I think you qualify for endgame player status
