    I'm genuinely confused here...

    Anyway, no one knows when dimensional rifts are coming back. It's probably not this month, so maybe cross your fingers for next month perhaps?

    The OP edited the topic and title to another completely different thing. He was asking why was his alliance match with another one, despite both having almost the same war rating
