Just trialled Doc Ocks power lock on the Cav EQ, it doesn’t trigger the shock when power locked.

    Is your Doc Ock awakened? If so it may be that weird interaction where it isn’t considered a power lock, it’s treated as a power steal effect.

    It is awakened, in which case shouldn’t it work similar to a power drain?

    Power drain and power steal are regarded as two different mechanics I think. While power steal technically drains power from the opponent I think it’s not regarded as a power drain.

    Kabam keeps messing up doc ock's mechanics and interactions. It's quite ridiculous tbh.
