If that's how she works, why is she able to "quake" debuff immune matchups? Her concussion is clearly a debuff and in debuff immune matchups it shouldn't be able to be applied. This makes no sense.

The concussion effect used to come from charging the heavy itself, not from the debuff. In fact, there used to be no debuff at all there, and it was later added just to show it's active. Shouldn't even be a debuff

It’s a weird interaction since quake was created very early in the games history, I believe her concussion is counted as passive but is shown as an active debuff.
