The Champs Who are immune to Ability Accuracy Reduction(AAR) they should not Glance...
Even if they Glance it don't have to Reduce their Ability Accuracy..
I fought Storm PX with AA and She Was Glancing like Mad and My AA is not placing Bleeds Becoz of AAR...
If they Suffer -100% Offensive Ability Accuracy they then How they are Immune to It...
It Should be Changed

    That's the AAR bug that arch angel is facing.
