To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. Heavy not clearing flux dispersal? Aar?

Well yesterday and today I’ve noticed that heavy isn’t clearing the flux dispersal charges over half the time in the blade eq boss fight, I’m using domino, is this a bug or some badly designed aar effect?
Then I was fighting darkhawk in war with ghost rider and heavy wouldn’t trigger regen, tried 4 times before I died (indestructible heavy path)
