With sigil active, when I unlock thronebreaker, will the 7 day sigil milestone be updated to thronebreaker when the next milestone begins or when I renew the sigil in 30 days?

My buddies renewed as soon as he hit Thronebreaker so got to do the milestones and gold realm twice in a week.
