Regenerator node in war

Came across this when fighting Sinister in war. T2 Path 1 Vigour node. Just wanted to try out Pun2099. As per the node, when inflicted with a healblock, the power gain should go.
But this is what happened.
Also, the power gain didn't disappear and then come back when I hit him again. It was there throughout.
